An overview
Both studios are fully equipped with specialist Pilates equipment.
Joseph Pilates originally designed this equipment and although the design of the equipment has been modernized over the years, the basic principles of the originals are the same.
Although the equipment may look intimidating it offers many benefits with
alignment correction and also provides light resistance through springs.
This helps to increase individual strength and flexibility. The springs are
not designed to build bulk but offer a challenge in order to encourage work
from core muscles.
The equipment offers a closed chain environment that aids in identifying and
addressing muscle imbalances and poor Biomechanics.
All these factors make the studio equipment perfect for both rehabilitation
and general workouts alike.
