Katie Fry
Katie started practicing Pilates over 10 years ago in Australia when a physiotherapist recommended it for rehabilitation for lower back pain, after She
began to feel and see the benefits of the Pilates method straight away and her posture, strength and core stability improved dramatically. On her
return to the UK, Katie decided to train with the Body Control Pilates Association and has now been a certified instructor of both mat work and
studio equipment for over 5 years and is a senior member of the Body Control Teacher Training team.
As the world of Pilates is constantly evolving, Katie is continuously enhancing her teaching by improving her own skills through recognized courses.
Delivering new techniques and incorporating the findings of Pilates professionals from around the world, this commitment to ongoing training ensures
that clients benefit from up-to-date practices at the same time as keeping Katie at the forefront of her field. Katie is currently studying for a BSc in
Physiotheraphy at Essex University.
She is experienced is working with a variety of clients, from rehabilitation referrals, general fitness and strengthening to professional athletes
wishing to compliment their training with all the benefits Pilates offers.
